NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS
Our Rustic Pine Collection is made from construction grade wood, which is why it is so affordable. However, this wood is typically not fully cured, meaning once the wood starts to dry out over the next 12 to 18 months, you could experience cracking, splitting bowing, etc. This is fully disclosed to the buyer when presented with both the Rustic Pine Collection and the Signature Collection. Our Signature Collection is made from premium furniture grade lumber. This lumber has been cured in a kiln before used to build, which reduces the risk for cracking, splitting, bowing, etc. It is still important to understand that real wood contains natural knots, grains and imperfections and can shrink, crack, bow and gap from time to time with temperature and humidity. Although this does not readily occur, it is a possibility. We feel that these natural characteristics and occurrences add rustic character that makes furniture both beautiful and unique. Likewise, wood colors obtained by staining or using paint can vary from one piece to another as each piece is one of a kind. Each wood species may stain different compared to our stain guide. For these reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be made on any order if one of these natural occurrences happen, as this is out of our control.
